Following the guidance of BPCC’s management and relevant company policies and procedures, provide support for:

Plant optimization, Plant safe operation, Production coordination, Production data statistics, GHG and Energy management

按照BPCC的管理要求或公司相关程序文件以及相关政策提供如下支持：

装置优化、装置安全运行、生产协调、生产数据统计,温室气体和能源管理

1. EHSS Responsibilities   EHSS相关职责

Support implementation safety and EHSS policies and procedures and BASF Responsible Care Codes for the site to ensure compliance and safe operations. Responsibilities are:

支持执行BPCC工厂的安全和EHS政策、程序文件以及巴斯夫责任关怀法规以确保相关规定的遵从和安全操作。

主要的职责是:

· Support the operations on site are consistent with the EHSS laws and standards of China  

· 支持现场操作符合中国的EHS法规和标准     

· Support to develop and update departmental procedures based on company EHSS policy and procedures

基于公司EHS政策和程序，支持开发和更新部门程序文件

· Coordinate with EHS-department to fulfill authority applications, approvals, and inspections

配合EHS 部门以满足相关审批和检查

· Participate in incident investigations e.g., LTI, emission or discharge with impact to environment etc.

参与事故调查如：损工时事件、对环境造成影响的泄露或排放等。

· Monitor the EHS requirements and performance in the plants and departments

监控了解装置和部门内EHS要求的执行表现

· Participate in safety walks

参与安全巡检

· Assist colleagues with fulfill EHS requirements

· 协助同事满足EHS相关要求

2. OpEx & SPEED management   OpEx & SPEED 管理

· Response general management for SPEED program in BPCC.

响应BPCC SPEED项目的综合管理要求

· Keep OpEx mindset alive in the whole company and Driven for optimization in whole company

在全公司各领域保持OpEx 思维模式活跃，并在全公司范围内

· Collect, evaluate and submit OpEx related proposals. Organize periodically review for OpEx status in whole company.

收集、评估并提交OpEx相关的建议，在全公司范围内组织OpEx项目状态的定期检查

· Initiate and manage the projects for approved OpEx measures

发起并管理已批准的OpEx措施

· Communication with other sites regarding solution also valid for BPCC

与其他工厂进行沟通对BPCC也有效的解决方案

3. Operation Statistics 生产数据处理

· Collect and analysis operation data and initial the production report.

收集和分析生产数据以及原始生产报告

· Provide production statistics including GHG emission and energy consumption and report to management

提供生产数据包括GHG排放和能源消耗，并向领导报告

· Be contributor and provider for GHG and energy consumption statistic and report via EHS department

向EHS部门提供GHG以及能源消耗的统计和报告

· Provide production information to other departments for external party’s including authorities

向包括政府的其他外部机构或其他部门提供生产信息

· Fulfill all legal and BASF requirements regarding Energy and Metrological data collection

　　　   满足所有法律和巴斯夫关于能源和计量数据收集的要求

4. Production Coordination 生产协调

· Follow up external up / down stream companies’ operation / technology

跟踪外部/下游公司的生产/技术

· Coordinate with the plants for smooth production according the production plan

根据生产计划配合的工厂顺利生产

· Coordinate up / downstream companies in relation to BPCC’s production planning

协调上/下游公司与BPCC的生产计划

5. Technology and project support　技术和项目支持

· Responsible for general technology management for BPCC and manage the process safety document

负责BPCC技术管理，管理工艺安全文档

· Participant in the plant trial and further expansion and optimization project

参与工厂试验，参与进一步扩建和优化项目

· Support for CapEx project application and execution

支持CapEx项目的申请和执行

· Support for production cost and maintenance cost investigation and control

支持调查和控制生产成本以及维修成本

6. Carry out temporary job when required

在需要时进行其他临时工作

§ 研究生学历，化学工程与工艺专业（优秀本科生均可）

§ 3-5年化工工厂工作经验；优秀毕业生均可
